We divided our group classes into six categories. Although the majority of our classes combines elements from several groups, it will be easier for you to find what you need, if you rely on our classifications.

Classes directed to developing cardio-respiration tolerance, muscular tonus and burning of calories.

Improving strength and stamina of muscles, prevention of losing bones’ tissue and increasing metabolism of the work-out.
Flexibility
Here you can increase your flexibility and decrease stress and also improve your leverage.
Mind body
Work-outs that have global effect on health.
Kids
General physical education, elementary dancing and gymnastics preparation for kids from 3 years old.
